Description
Drone Air Payload drop release Mechanism goods cargo delivery drop system is a suspension system for multi-platform unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) logistics transportation. It weighs only 980g and can carry a maximum payload of 15kg, making it highly efficient. Additionally, the suspension system is compatible with any industrial-grade UAV platform. For instance, it can be adapted to DJI’s FlyCart 30 based on the PSDK protocol, or it can be paired with an independent controller for standalone operation. It can also be integrated into third-party controllers or flight controllers to quickly assemble a long-range UAV logistics transportation suspension system.
The drone air payload drop release mechanism is compatible with conventional power supplies in the range of 20V-28V, and it can also accept higher voltage supplies up to 48V, covering almost all industrial UAV platforms available on the market. The suspension system is equipped with a self-developed automatic decoupler, which allows for automatic detachment upon touching the ground and automatic halt to ensure the safety of cargo transportation.
Whether used for standalone control or integrated into third-party devices, the drone goods cargo delivery drop system can quickly form an efficient long-range drone logistics transportation suspension system. Its flexibility, stability, and reliability make it a leading choice in the logistics industry, meeting users’ diverse and efficient transportation needs.
Features:
- Lightweight with Heavy Payload Capacity: The dimensions of a single suspension unit are 130×120×170mm (length×width×height), with a weight of 980g and a maximum effective payload of 15kg.
- Built-in winch system, retrieve and release cable via remote control, cable length 23M.
- High Speed: The suspension unit has a maximum descent speed of 0.6m/s and a maximum ascent speed of 0.6m/s. For safety purposes, the default factory settings are a descent speed of 0.3m/s and a maximum ascent speed of 0.3m/s.
- Automatic Decoupling upon Touchdown: Equipped with a self-developed automatic decoupler, the cargo automatically detaches upon touchdown.
- Automatic Stop upon Touchdown: Based on the integrated intelligent monitoring system, the suspension unit automatically stops releasing the rope upon touchdown.
- One-Key Rope Cutting: In emergency situations such as entanglement or entwining, a one-key rope cutting function can be triggered.
- Cargo Light Linkage Warning: Equipped with a light warning system, indicating green flashing lights for cargo weighing between 1-10kg, yellow flashing lights for cargo weighing between 10-15kg, and red flashing lights for cargo weighing over 15kg.
- Power Supply Voltage and Low Power Consumption: Compatible with conventional power supply voltages ranging from 20V to 28V, and can also accept high-voltage supply of 48V.- Under 24V power supply voltage, with a 15kg payload, the maximum current during ascent is 4.5A, resulting in a maximum instantaneous power consumption of approximately 108W. With a 1.5kg payload, the maximum current during ascent is 0.65A, resulting in a maximum instantaneous power consumption of approximately 15.6W.
– Under 24V power supply voltage, with a 15kg payload, the power consumption during hover is approximately 16W. With a 1.5kg payload, the power consumption during hover is approximately 2.55W. In the unloaded state, the standby power consumption is only approximately 2.4W. - Compatibility with Multiple Flight Platforms: Compatible with multiple platforms, including DJI FlyCart 30, based on the DJI PSDK protocol. It can also be used with an independent controller and power supply, or integrated into third-party platforms via reserved PWM or network communication interfaces.
